With the virus, I have been working from home for almost two months. This weekend brought a wireless printer from the office so I could do some color prints. I thought it would be as simple as firing up the printer and letting it sync again with my laptop. Not so simple. After trying everything I knew, I called the Help Desk at Kloud9. Joseph realized the printer had not be recognized by my home wifi. He did that as well as updated the drivers on my laptop, and voila! I'm able to use the printer.
