Kaseya Ransomware Update

Following up to our July 6th Blog Post.

The total number of Kaseya customers affected remains about the same as our last post.

Kaseya has unfortuantly decided to delay the patch release until July 11th for their VSA software.

Kloud9 is ready to restore these services as soon as the patch is released, and has already run through the required steps for preperation.

To reiterate our July 6th post, we have no indications of any incidents with any of our clients, and we do not anticipate our clients are affected in anyway by this.

At this time impact to our service delivery is minimal due to alternative systems that are working great.

Kaseya is still working on patches to resolve the security issues but anticipates most partners will be able to be back up and running as normal by 7/11/2021.

Please check back for futher updates as get them.
