Following up to our last Blog Post on this topic.
The total number of Kaseya customers affected remains about the same as our last post.
Kaseya has released the patch as scheduled on July 11th, 2021 at 4pm for their VSA software.
As of July 12th, 2021, Kaseya's VSA servers that they run themselves, are back on-line. That said Kloud9 hosts VSA's on-prem version, and we are going to be doing some testing on the patches before bringing our VSA servers online.
Kloud9 anticpates the testing we will be doing will bring us back up July 13th, 2021 at 5pm.
To reiterate our July 6th post, we have no indications of any incidents with any of our clients, and we do not anticipate our clients are affected in anyway by this.
At this time impact to our service delivery is minimal due to alternative systems that are working great.
You may have noticed delayed billing this month, this is due to the fact we rely on Kaseya VSA for accurate counts of our clients machines. Billing will be rectified once VSA servers are back online and accurate counts can be taken.
Please check back for futher updates as get them.
