OneKloud Resource Allocation & Entitlements
OneKloud agreements include unlimited Cores and Ram as needed for a good experience. There are a few guidelines with this, and it is subject to an excessive usage policy.

**Unlimited Resources Subject to An Excessive Use Policy See Below
Excessive Usage Fees Are Charged When Clients Exceed the Average Resource Utilization of 99% of All Client Usage. Exceeding the following amounts means you are in the 1% of client usage.
- RDP Servers
- 3 Units (Cores or Ram) Per User
- Dedicated Desktops (Unit example; 8cpu 10gb of ram)
- 18 Units (Cores or Ram)
- Dedicated Servers - Internal Facing (Unit example; 20cpu 20gb of ram)
- 40 Units (Cores or Ram)
- Additional RDP Server Needed With Less Than 35 Users
- Excessive Usage Fees (Anything above specified units will be considered excessive usage)
- 2 Units (Cores or Ram) - $30/mo
- New RDP Server Less Than 35 Users $350/mo
